Email Domains
Configure custom email domains with automated DNS, DKIM, SPF, and DMARC authentication records.
Professional Email Under Your Own Domain
Use your company's domain for email (e.g., team@yourcompany.com). Pappy Mall handles all the complex DNS configuration, email authentication, and server settings so your messages land in the inbox — not the spam folder.
Email Authentication
Every domain is automatically configured with industry-standard email authentication to maximize deliverability:
DKIM
DomainKeys Identified Mail cryptographically signs every outgoing email, proving it came from your domain and wasn't tampered with.
SPF
Sender Policy Framework tells receiving servers which mail servers are authorized to send email on behalf of your domain.
DMARC
Domain-based Message Authentication tells receivers what to do with emails that fail DKIM or SPF checks, protecting against spoofing.
How It Works
Add Your Domain
Enter your domain name (e.g., yourcompany.com) in the Email Domains section.
Configure DNS Records
We generate the exact MX, DKIM, SPF, and DMARC records you need. Copy them to your DNS provider (Cloudflare, GoDaddy, Namecheap, etc.).
Verify & Go Live
Click "Verify" to check your DNS records. Once verified, you can create email accounts on that domain.
Required DNS Records
| Record Type | Purpose | Auto-Generated |
|---|---|---|
MX | Routes incoming email to Pappy Mail servers | Yes |
TXT (SPF) | Authorizes our servers to send email for your domain | Yes |
TXT (DKIM) | Public key for email signature verification | Yes |
TXT (DMARC) | Policy for handling authentication failures | Yes |
Fix Server Settings
If your domain's DNS records get out of sync, use the built-in "Fix Server Settings" tool. It re-generates and validates all necessary records, ensuring your email authentication stays intact and deliverability remains high.
