Email Configuration
Configure the system email account for user onboarding, password resets, and organization notifications.
System Email for Automated Communications
Set up the email account your organization uses for automated system communications — welcome emails when new users are onboarded, password reset links, notification digests, and more.
What Gets Configured
User Onboarding
Welcome emails sent to new employees or team members when they are added to your organization.
Password Resets
Secure password reset links sent from your organization's email address, not a generic system address.
System Notifications
Automated notifications for leave approvals, task assignments, invoice reminders, and other system events.
Sender Identity
All automated emails come from your organization's domain, maintaining brand consistency and trust.
How It Works
Select System Account
Choose one of your existing email accounts (e.g., noreply@yourcompany.com) as the system sender.
Configure Settings
Set the sender name, reply-to address, and email signature for automated communications.
Test & Activate
Send a test email to verify the configuration. Once confirmed, all system emails use your branded sender.
Security & Deliverability
When system emails come from your own verified domain (with DKIM, SPF, and DMARC), they have much higher inbox placement rates compared to generic sending addresses. Your employees and customers are more likely to trust and open emails from a familiar domain.
