Email Automation New
Create rules, quick actions, and automate your email workflow with powerful condition-based triggers.
Let Your Inbox Work for You
Stop manually sorting, forwarding, and replying to repetitive emails. Email Automation lets you create rules that automatically handle incoming messages based on sender, subject, keywords, or any combination of conditions.
Automation Capabilities
Smart Rules
Create if-then rules: "If email from @supplier.com, move to Purchasing folder." Multiple conditions with AND/OR logic.
Auto-Forward
Automatically forward emails matching certain criteria to specific team members or external addresses.
Auto-Reply
Set up automatic responses for common inquiries. Out-of-office replies, acknowledgments, and canned responses.
Auto-Organize
Automatically move, label, or flag emails. Keep your inbox clean without lifting a finger.
Quick Actions
One-click actions that apply multiple operations at once — move, label, forward, and mark as read in a single click.
Scheduled Rules
Rules can be time-based. Process emails differently during business hours vs. weekends or holidays.
How It Works
Create a Rule
Click "Create Rule" and define your conditions — match by sender, subject, keywords, has attachments, etc.
Define Actions
Choose what happens when a match is found: move to folder, forward, auto-reply, add label, mark as read, or delete.
Activate & Monitor
Enable the rule and it processes all incoming emails automatically. View logs to see which emails were matched.
Rule Examples
| If... | Then... |
|---|---|
| From contains "@supplier.com" | Move to "Purchasing" folder |
| Subject contains "Invoice" | Forward to accounting@mycompany.com |
| From is "boss@mycompany.com" | Mark as important, move to "Priority" |
| Subject contains "Support ticket" | Auto-reply with acknowledgment template |
