Inventory-aware POS
Selling should reduce stock you actually have. Pappy Mall checks warehouse availability first when your inventory is set up that way, then keeps product-level quantities aligned so your storefront and back office agree.
Warehouse-first deduction
For catalog lines, the system can consume stock from warehouse bins in priority order when warehouse inventory exists. That matches how goods really sit: on shelves, in the back room, or in overflow locationsβrather than a single opaque number that drifts out of date.
Product stock fallback
When warehouse layers are not in play, the register falls back to product-level quantity. You still get a hard stop if you try to oversellβprotecting customers from promises you cannot fulfill.
New products from the lane
Ad-hoc items can create catalog entries on the fly when staff need to move product that is not fully merchandised yetβso operations does not block revenue while master data catches up.
