Pros: The battery backup functionality did work. Cons: Bought two units, both had faulty USB management ports. Tried on AMD and Intel based systems. Windows and Linux. USB 2.0 and 3.0 ports. Multiple USB cables. No combination would detect either UPS with the built in OS utilities or Liebert’s software. That kind of defeats the entire purpose of a smart UPS since without management/monitoring you can’t have the system automatically shut down in the event of a power failure. Overall Review: Would absolutely not recommend or purchase again. One failure I could see as a fluke, but two tells me their quality control is not up to par. When it comes to safeguarding your data against power loss it’s just not worth the risk to gamble on this product.

– Nice, low profile design Overall Review: Have used Liebert/Vertiv products at work and very happy with their products, they have been around the IT industry for a long time! Glad to see they are expanding into these smaller units. Like the fact that the ports are reinforced with screws. Hard to find a unit this size that has coax and ethernet surge protection as well as a 2 amp USB charging port. Also connected to my PC so firmware issues mentioned in other reviews are fixed! I like that the door to the battery compartment is secured with a small screw, so should alleviate any accidental openings, but still easy to access. The LCD screen is great and gives you volts in, volts out, amps, and the most useful info is a bar graph on how much is plugged in(load %) so you know when getting close to capacity. Highly recommend.

Pros: It’s cheap. Cons: Could not handle having a single PC and two monitors plugged into it and would beep endlessly and display warning lights. Overall Review: I suppose you get what you pay for with this one. It’s underpowered and shouldn’t be used for anything that draws even a modest amount of power. When I purchased it, it didn’t have warnings saying this product was non-refundable, but now it does. Looks like I am stuck with this thing until I can take it to an e-waste recycler.

Cons: I purchased this for use with my oscilloscope. But the UPS emits a lot of EMI interference. Overall Review: It’s not mentioned in the listing, but this particular UPS will interfere with your sensitive equipment, such as your oscilloscope, ham radio, maybe WiFi as well. They don’t really say. I, or you, will want to get a UPS that complies with FCC regulations to not emit harmful interference. You can normally read about the interference by consulting the manual or the back of your UPS unit.

Pros: Multiple outlets, and easy to connect. 4 Surge and 4 UPS outlets will work fine for most TV/Soundbar/Cable box just fine. A power on and reset button with a on/off light is helpful. Cons: Software DL is a procedure mess. They need 2 days to verify my account. NonSense It is just a piece of monitoring SW from China. Are they that paranoid of others using it. Outlets for USB and phone should be oe on the same side as the power. Now the device has connection one 3 different sides and make it storing it in a large location for space. Cannot replace the battery yourself. I have a APC UPS also and is far superior product. Overall Review: I would look for another UPS if I needed more backup time, able to replace the battery myself. SW connection is a joke. Much larger than other units of the same POWER protection. Works for my simple application. B+ rating from me.
