Pros: – Thin profile and modern design
– Full featured, including USB charging ports
– Front access battery compartment for easy access
– Right angle plug to fit flush against the wall
– LCD screen, really nice functionality
– Alarm mute button right on the front
– Cooling fan Cons: – Really heavy, but gives me piece of mind that it has good battery capacity and long runtime. Overall Review: I live in an area with a lot of brownouts and this unit will clean up the power without going to battery. Have plugged my router, gaming PC, and DirectTV box to this unit to alleviate all the rebooting. Also have a lot of thunderstorms so will protect against surge and let me stay connected to my weather radar if the power goes out!! Highly recommend. Have used Liebert products at work and glad to see them expanding into the smaller units!

Pros: Easy setup, looks good & does a good job. Cons: A little hard to find & download the software, but got it done. Overall Review: yes, great for the $

Pros: Works as described, costs less than other brands for the same output. Cons: Its bulkier/larger than other units in the same power class, the display is a bit basic and dull but it works. Its mainly tall and long, but is not wide if that makes sense. Overall Review: I dont see any reason not to recommend this unit for the price, youll pay more for others with the same output. The only thing ill caution you on is if you have tight space this could be too long and tall, it sticks out under my desk due to its length. Other than that it does what it says and works well.

Pros: Easy installation & setup
Built-in display turns off by itself
600W capacity, a moderate gaming rig shouldn’t overload it
Sockets/ports for ethernet, TV cable, USB (charging) Cons: Requires 2 to 4 inches free space on all sides for cooling
Kinda large (subjective & to be expected for higher capacity UPS’s)
Was only available in black (very minor thing, just saying)
Doesn’t make coffee Overall Review: Update! The unit failed about a week ago, completely shutting off power to my computer without warning. It was displaying “E01″ after attempting to restart, bleeping continuously. I shut it down again, allowed about 15 minutes for cooldown (it was barely warm), checked the vents (they were clear), attempted to restart and same result. A web search of the error code mumbled something about a short circuit, contact customer service, so I did.
I had no issues at all reaching customer service. They were pleasant & spoke English well enough for me to understand. The rep said they’ll probably be shipping a replacement UPS. Assuming this goes well, there won’t be further updates. No clue yet what happened to this unit; I had a desktop PC & a 23” monitor on the backup side but the combined power draw is less than 450W so there shouldn’t have been an overload…

Pros: It works Cons: The software for monitoring quit working Overall Review: While windows can tell me how much power it has, any software monitoring programs do not. It quit working a few weeks after I got it. Customer service was a joke. Every time I would submit a ticket, I would get cc’d in on a mail thread to have their support look at it. The thing is that it was never fixed, they never contacted me with a fix at all.
Will never buy one of their products again, ever.

Pros: It’s a UPS Cons: Trying to find how to get warranty. Overall Review: Purchased 11/20/2022. Supposed to have a three year warranty.
Discovered during power interruption 01/05/2025 the battery dies immediately.

Pros: – Plug and play
– It just works
– Even has USB charging slots Cons: – Smells like burnt plastic while on battery power
– No easy access to the battery
– Software is pretty limited Overall Review: I recently lost a 1 000$ HDR10 monitor to a power outage (it’s never the cheap stuff that breaks), so I decided to splurge and upgrade from a Canadian Tire “surge protector” to this big boy and.. well, it works so far. I had another power outage two days after getting it, and it instantly kicked in, but the house smelled of burnt plastic for the rest of the day. No idea if it’s normal but if it catches fire someday, it supposedly has a 250 000$ warranty
