Pros: Inexpensive PDU with per-port configuration settings and ATS. We needed 3 of these units for a secondary data-center were the power is not that great. We rely on running dual circuits (one battery backed) and the ATS feature to keep our power more regular to the NAS system, and they seem to work just as you’d expect at a large discount to the competitor brands. They are easy to manage over the webUI, and the documentation was pretty strong. They support SNMP monitoring, and an after market temperature/humidity gauge. Cons: These take *forever* to reboot. You won’t have to do it often, but they are a little picky when it comes to initial setup. I had some trouble with managing them over serial, but they took DHCP and GUI admin fine. Web GUI is ugly, but completely functional. Overall Review: I didn’t see any other reviews on these units. We were afraid but decided to take the leap.. the bet worked out VS buying much more expensive but feature-wise comparative APC ATS units. The ATS world is rather small it seems, so these are a good option to have out there.

Pros: Great idea and worked pretty good when it was working. Took 7 secs to reboot a switch attached to it. Web interface is pretty easy to use. Cons: Worked for about a week and then just quit. I installed it in a remote office and the other day it just stopped working. No lights or anything. The UPS was working fine. I unplugged it and still didn’t come on after plugging it back in. Had to walk a guy through rerouting all plugs back to UPS. Overall Review: Well, not sure what to say. I’d like to see the plugs spaced further apart for transformer plugs, but not sure there is really enough room to do it. I’d just like for it to work.
