Needed to wait for a replacement Overall Review: The PC arrived much faster than I expected and was packaged with great care. Cable management was super clean, and all parts were from well-known, high-quality brands. Unfortunately, my unit had no display signal and the DRAM light stayed on. I tried every possible troubleshooting step, but the issue remained. Still, I understand that things like this can happen during shipping its part of dealing with hardware sometimes. Im now waiting for my replacement unit. Despite this, I really appreciate the effort this manufacturer puts into their builds, and I would gladly recommend them to others. Looking forward to receiving my beautiful PC and setting everything up again!

Pros: – incredible customer service. I dealt with Mike G. via email for two questions I had – one about getting better control over the fan RGB, and another about the RAM settings. Both times Mike got back to me a couple hours and answered my newbie questions clearly and thoroughly. Both issues were, in fact, already handled prior to the sale, but Mike showed me how I could confirm them for my own peace of mind. A+ work.
– lightning fast setup. Honestly, I just turned this thing on and followed the prompts. Everything was a total breeze.
– runs beautifully. This is my first serious hog of a gaming PC, and seeing my favorite games come to life on it is breathtaking.
– Great price. Totally happy with what I got for my money. Cons: – the only issue I had (which was really my own fault) is the size of the case. It ended up being wider than I anticipated (not that I thought to simply check), and I had to put a little work in to make a new space for it to sit. That said, I actually like where it ended up more than what I’d planned, so… uh.

Overall Review: Fantastic product at an amazing value. Arrived undamaged, concise quick start guide, runs games like I hoped. Didn’t know deals like this existed. Wi-Fi ready saved me a headache running an ethernet cable. Case looks cool with many LED options, and the included mouse/keyboard are nice with rainbow lighting. Note it does require a higher-end monitor to take advantage of all the benefits of the GPU.

Pros: Everything was ready to go out of box, on 32 inch gaming monitor @2K was awesome, max setting no problem so far
i was looking for this spec of 32G rams, 2TB Nvme SSD Cons: – one screw was fall out when arrived, shipping box has 1/2 inch dented on one corner, after inspecting everything was fine due to good package on the PC
also wish i can buy more fans, due to StormCraft doesn’t offer fan for sale
– the listed of a 850 Watt PSU on the box, wired… Overall Review: am happy with my purchase, hope this gaming PC will last 3 years, will take a looked again in about a few months from now
