Pros: * Very stable and solid shelf right to the very end
* Reasonably deep
* Comes with all the necessary hardware for mounting (You might not think it’s much but when you run out of screws and bolts it means a lot)
* Excellent Price Cons: Not really much, it be awesome to see this kind of strength from a 1U shelf but likely not going to happen with this depth

Pros: Perfect for the small desktop router or switch that needs a home in a rack. Cons: Too small to hold an elephant in a rack! Overall Review: I was looking for a shelf for a Fortinet 60D Firewall. This could not be more perfect. It’s one inch deeper than the Fortinet. Just 1U height, and the Fortinet sits just barely below the top. Two Fortinets can sit side by side on it with ¼” to spare, so an HA pair should be quite happy on this.

Pros: Strong, Nice Finish, Drilled correctly. Cons: None. Overall Review: I used this shelf to support a receiver and CD player in a home theater rack system. Worked as intended.

Pros: There’s not much to say about this thing. It’s a shelf and it does what it says.
+ The manufacturing quality appears to be top notch.
+ Arrived in a well packaged box with the nice triple thick corrugated exterior.
+ Came with 4 very sturdy looking screws and cage nuts.
+ Lined up perfectly in my rack and doesn’t appear to have any bends or dents in the metal.
+ One of the better prices for products in this range. Cons: None Overall Review: I doubt I will ever get close to the 50 lb weight limit on this item. I’m using it to hold my home networking gear that isn’t rack mountable. So far it’s a modem, MyBook Live, and a router.

Pros: Fits in a rack. Cons: Not really a 2u or a 1u, because of the lip on the bottom it is really a 1.5 unit shelf. When mounted does not take up a whole 2u. Overall Review: The lip on the front and back of the shelf annoys me to no end. Luckily for me this is destined to go on the top of the rack to hold the cable providers equipment so it wasn’t a show stopper but if your expecting to squeeze this into a 2u space and get a perfect fit you’ll be slightly upset.

Pros: Was able to fit two mini cisco switches ms120’s on the rack. Cons: The switches had to stacked on top of each other but that was not a big deal. Overall Review: Great.
