Pros: These screws are the nicest I’ve ever used in a rack. They include a nice metal stand-off washer with a silicone washer underneath it.
The cages are good but they’re not the best I’ve seen. I think Tripp-Lite makes a slightly better cage but their screws are not as nice and don’t include the two washers. Cons: None, except for the scrapes and cuts that come with installing and removing nut cages from rack hardware. Overall Review: I know they’re just screws but I’ve seen some real junk before. These are not junk.

Pros: Very easy to install. No tools needed. Will work with 10/32 screws. Cons: None

Pros: They are nicely plated and good heavy quality. I have used about 100 packages of these with maybe one or two flawed screws. Cons: None.

Pros: if you get a rack with square holes, you are going to need this. they usually only come with a few of these. i bought a startech 12u rack an these fit together perfectly. Cons: thought i was going crazy. seems someone at QA was asleep when they were making my natch. some of the screws, the diameter of the thread is just a tad smaller like .5mm, just enough to be to big to go into the nut. not worth complaining about. Overall Review: got rack? get this.
