Overall Review: I bought 8 sticks for my ASUS Pro WS WRX80E-SAGE SE WIFI motherboard. The motherboard recognizes all of them and automatically set the memory speed to 3200 without any tweaking in the BIOS.
One oddity: when I installed all 8 and attempted to boot for the first time, my motherboard failed to boot. The motherboards DRAM LED indicator lit up orange, indicating a problem with the DRAM.
Thinking that one or more of the eight might be defective, I took them all out and added them one at a time starting at the bottom slot, and booting each time to see if the newly added stick was the defective one. Surprisingly, after adding the last of the 8 and booting, everything worked. Not sure what happened, but if your ASUS motherboard fails to boot, you might try what I did.

Pros: Have not installed in my Asus sage swrx80E yet. I updated the bios of the mobo before connecting to anything besides power supply. Doing so should ensure maximum compatibility with peripherals including these RDIMMs. Once I install these Ill write another review. So far new egg has been great. This was sold and shipped by new egg. They went on sale the day they arrived and new egg gave me a gift card for the amount the price dropped by. I politely requested a refund for the price drop amt Instead. After an hour on a chat it was granted and Im happy. Overall Review: So far yes.

Pros: I ordered four sticks in total they all came in a plastic bags stapled shut needless to say one of the sticks didn’t survive the trip SMD’s scratched off from staple. I know these come in a tray from Samsung but come on Newegg a plastic bag, really?… Cons: Poor packaging on Neweggs part.
Newegg’s price isn’t competitive Provantage has them for less. Overall Review: Decent passes ramtest.
