Pros: Very sturdy once assembled.
Good fit for small locations. Cons: Missing screws. This is probably not typical. Overall Review: The rack was great, the only problem I had was that box was missing the screws for assembly. I was using this rack as part of an installation for a client’s project, so I had to immediately go source the m6 screws and nuts myself, as I did not have time to wait for a back and forth between Newegg or the manufacturer. However I have reached out to the manufacturer for resolution otherwise.

Pros: The pieces that make up the rack seem solid and professional looking. Cons: The package only contained the pieces that needed to be assembled. It did not include any screws, bolts for assembly or for rack-mounting equipment in the rack. It did not include the legs. It did not include instructions. And rosewill support seems to have ghosted me. They asked for newegg receipt and serial number over a week ago, which I sent. I haven’t heard back from them, even with me sending an additional email query. Overall Review: Seems like a great product. Now if only I could assemble it.

Pros: Feels sturdy. Cons: Poor quality control, and that includes Newegg since it was shipped by Newegg and Newegg allowed it to get passed their doors more than once (i.e. receiving the product from Rosewill, and shipping it to customer). Product came poking out of the box, and there was no screws or bolts or manual. Overall Review: I can somewhat let pass the poor packaging, but not the parts necessary to actually make use of the product. This is not only embarrassing for Rosewill, but also for Newegg. Rosewill also has poor customer service. Their phone system is set to hang up on you if no one picks up within a set amount of time. Product was shipped from California. Perhaps that itself speaks volumes regarding quality control. If you’re looking for a rack system, look for a different brand. Spare yourself the headache.

Cons: I am here to echo other’s reviews that your package will show up damaged at both ends and re-taped. No screws or nuts to assemble the frame as they likely fell out when the boxes were broken. This was not on the shipper, this looks like careless long term storage . I had to go buy the M6 screws and M6.100 nuts as well as build a wooden frame to replace the missing feet. Overall Review: Only buy if you are ok with a project with missing pieces and a lot of your time wasted.
