Rocket Dog Women’s Cheery Comfort Plush Foam Sneaker

Fairly comfy but not enough arch support.

Rocket Dog shoes are one of my favorite sneakers. I got these for work since on my feet all day. The extra cushion is what helps my feet not feel as sore after working long shifts. They are super durable. This pair I have had for a few months and wear daily, they are holding up very nicely. However, these not the best for slip or skid resistant. So depending on where you are wearing these it can be a little slippery

I LOVE these shoes. The colors look even better in person. And the mix of colors on the shoes makes them versatile to wear with a variety of outfits in my closet. While the sole appears to be flat from the outside, the inner sole is so comfy. Probably one of the most comfortable pair of shoes I own. It’s a great shoe to wear to work where I have to keep up with young, high energy children all day. The fit is true to size. They are durable and have not faded or broken at all in the time I’ve had them. I do have to loosen the laces at the top a bit to comfortably slide my foot in them, and then tie them back up. So it is not ideal to use as a slip on shoe in my opinion.

Bought these specifically for basic traveling inexpensive/decent looking simple canvas sneakers. They look clean and neat out of the box. I just tucked the laces in the shoes after slipping them on and went. They were reasonably comfortable. It looks like you could cut off the side branding of “rocket dog” and it would look even cleaner. I’d also prefer if the rear lower heel’s branded rubber heat stamp “rocket dog” was left off the design, but it’s fine. One branding point in all white would be preferred if it’s important to the brand. The outer sole on the bottom side of the shoe or an all-white on white version of the current side tag would be nice.

Overall, these shoes got me through my trip. I didn’t need to add additional insole cushions. I only started experiencing some calf strain on day 4 or 5 with heavy walking. My normal size tends to be US 6 in women’s sneakers, but I ordered 6.5 for these and was happy with that choice since inflammation can happen easily during travel.

I appreciated the quality of the shoes and the fairly simple design for the under $35 price point. You’re not getting the fanciest design, but you’re not getting the cheapest quality either. Good value for my needs.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE Rocket Dogs. I own multiple pairs in different colors both high top and low. I also own several pairs of boots by rocket dog and several shoe styles besides the high and low tops. They are very similar to Converse, but with gel insoles so more comfortable, more reasonable price and very good quality. 100% recommend buying these shoes.
