Pros: – Outline lighting
– Braided cord of reasonable length
– Small box
– Very lightweight with same features as older logicrap mouse
– Seems to be of good quality
– Reasonably priced Cons: – Software is confusing, have to download 3 pieces just to use 1 part to set DPI up
– Had to disable autorun of unnessessary software from services and msconfig Overall Review: I bought this mouse to replace a 2 year old Logicrap hero mouse that had known mouse switches that were of inferior quality. This mouse hasnt displayed hyper clicking or failure to hold while drag clicking the way the G502 hero did in its 1st 6 months. I am replacing logitech with Razor due to Logitech being logicrap as of late. I would highly recommend this mouse, great price to boot. The software issue isnt enough to dent the quality of this product.

Pros: None Cons: Whole thing stopped working after less than a month. Was always told Razer is among the best, but this is now the 4th Razer product I’ve gotten that hasn’t lasted for a full year. Clearly Razer is about using the cheapest and lowest quality materials possible and upsell the heck out of it because they’re a “Gaming” brand. And forget about their customer service. Was basically told that unless I got it from them directly and not a 3rd party retailer then they won’t honor a warranty. Wonderful business model. Really… Overall Review: This’ll be the last time I buy anything Razer.

Pros: – Comfortable thumb rest
– Textured plastic providing awesome grip (no grip tape needed for this mouse at all)
– Works for both claw and palm grips
– Optical mouse switches giving quick rebound on the left/right mouse clicks without the spongey feeling other mouses tend to have on them
– Side forward and back buttons are easily reached
– Free spin center wheel, or clicking, or hybrid options for scrolling Cons: – The sensitivity clutch is too far forward and impossible to reach for someone like me that has smaller hands.
– Needs another mouse skate on the bottom right side of the mouse. (It doesnt have one) If you have a spare and add it in the missing section this mouse is PERFECT and totally unmatched! Highly recommend doing that mod
– Needs spare mouse skates
– Bottom left of the palm grip has an extremely sharp point that digs into your hand. Sanding it for 2 minutes like I did solves that issue. Overall Review: This the best mouse on the market as long as you sand down the bottom left corner so it doesnt dig into your palm and you add an additional mouse slate on the bottom right side of the mouse (Not sure why they didnt design it that way but it changes the mouse dramatically!)

Pros: Great overall build.
Led’s are very nice and easy to customize.
Plenty of map-able buttons.
DPI buttons work great. Cons: Extremely floaty scroll wheel. Overall Review: I really like the overall look, weight, and feel of this mouse. I would give it a 5 star review easily, except that I have never used a mouse that has such a floaty, bad feeling scroll wheel. There’s really no tactile feeling to the scroll wheel, it’s far to smooth when using it. It also doesn’t seem to have great ‘stop’ points, so it doesn’t feel great using it to scroll because you end up scrolling to far up or down because it’s so smooth.
What I mean is that when scrolling on a web page, the mouse page constantly floats up and down. It seems to roll back on tick when you stop scrolling. I’ve been playing games my whole life, and this is the first mouse that anything that is mapped to the scroll wheel will trigger multiple times when you scroll because the wheel doesn’t properly settle between when you scroll and when you stop. If you play a game that it zooms you in and out of third person, it just keeps pulling you out because it rolls back when you stop. If you use it to zoom in a gun, same thing, it rolls back one tick when it settles, pulling you out of zoom. If you go through an inventory, you stop on an item, it rolls back to the one above it. This has caused me to pick up the wrong item, equip the wrong item, use the wrong consumable, etc.
Maybe I got a bunk mouse, but generally I don’t return items unless they are really really bad. I thought maybe the mouse wheel just needed breaking in. Now I’m past the return window, but would have definitely returned this if had I know the persistence of the issue.

Pros: -Smooth use
-Easy grip
-Programmable buttons
-Cool LED feature
-Mouse wheel can be switch from fly to click
-Sturdy construction Cons: -None so far Overall Review: I am honestly pleased with the Basilisk. I wasn’t expecting to have such good results after the last several mice I’ve had that all have had something with them from Corsair, Red Dragon, and Logitech. So when Razer came along with a product that showed up perfectly functional I was blown away. Needless to say I am a satisfied customer. I’m enjoying the programmable buttons; I have the two side ones as Dbl and Quad click which helps a lot in certain situations. The DPI switching buttons are easy to use and safely recessed so I don’t hit them constantly. You do have to go into the program to set the DPIs for each level when you first attach the mouse, but once they’re set you never have to think about them again. You have a huge sensitivity range to adjust from so you can make it as fine or as loose as you please. Fantastic for applications that require either precision or rapid movement.

Pros: Easy to aim with amd plenty of buttons. Super comfortable thumb rest. Overall Review: I would 100% pay 40$ for this again. It has a nice weight to it and I am playing way better with it. I cant explain how, its just something you have to try to see. I have had MSI, MageGee, and Red Dragon brands. This is by far the best and Im in a whole new league compared to the others. I would highly recommend that you try this mouse. Came packaged safely in is box.
