Pros: I bought this laptop and my wife got the HP Omnibook Ultra equivalent to this laptop except with a 14″ touch screen.
Pros of the MSI is the huge beautiful Oled screen.
This thing is a beast of a machine that doesn’t get too hot.
I have not found one thing that I dislike about it.
Windows 11 pro with a 3 year warranty. I’m guessing MSI is not expecting issues with this laptop that they have decided to back it for a full 3 years!
So glad I took the leap and went for the MSI! Cons: The only slight con for me would be the fact that the HP Omnibook will auto update all drivers and bios files etc straight from an app on the desktop. The MSI is like 1998, let me go find winrar and a formatted disk to put the bios file on and reboot into the setup screens to update it. Overall Review: I would absolutely buy one again!

Pros: Its been great. Love the screen and 32gb ram and 10 processors as I program in Python and may run a lot of stuff at the same time. Only issues I have are software related so far can’t see other devices on the network. I installed the latest bios too. Did not come with a lot of bloatware to uninstall which is nice just windows 11 pro and one MSI app which is pretty useful for downloading updates. Overall Review: Yes would recommend. No real issues so far.

Great price. Cons: As is typical for most OEMs:
The installed software is rather useless and buggy.
Out of date drivers/wrong drivers
BIOS updates are a real PITA (A USB key? Really?)
The copilot key is mostly gimmicky. Only works with personal copilot not M365 Copilot Overall Review: Despite the above mentioned short comings, i would absolutely recommend this laptop to IT professionals (or any one who wants a solid powerful laptop at really good price) as long as you are willing to scour the internet for drivers, update and tweak settings to get the most out of it. For the price, I don’t think anyone can beat this thing.

Pros: It was a nice size. Cons: -The motherboard died within a month.
-It arrived with nonworking speakers.
-MSI Support is a joke. They wanted me to update Video drivers, then do a full mfg reset on the PC to fix the speakrs. Never did they touch the audio driversn which I discovered were the actual culprit. A tech wtih an ITF+ could do better than they.
-Ask it to do any actual work like open a browser, and the cooling fan goes into overdrive.
-32gb of RAM, acts like 12. Overall Review: I would skip this one, and MSI in general. Product support is hand in hand with product reliability and usability. Dell, HP, and Lenovo are old hands at this but MSI just cannot get moving. I know they have a rep as a good gaming laptop but just don’t. Save your pennies and buy else where. We will from now on
