Pros: – It’s super cheap
– Install is plug-n-play on Windows 10. No driver installation!
– Works great, sounds good and hassle-free Cons: – Obviously not a studio quality device but perfect for streaming video/audio to external speakers, gaming headset or ear bud use. Overall Review: I had an old laptop with a SoundMax audio device that stopped working after Windows 10 upgrade so this was a handy fix for cheap.
Install is a snap with Windows 10 (and internet connection). It’s plug-n-play so it automatically downloads drivers from Windows Update and then works perfectly in seconds. This is an OLD laptop too (likely USB 1.0 lol) so it’s compatible with even the most old, crusty USB ports.
It’s also nice for ill-placed audio jacks. This laptop has the factory audio jacks on the front a longer audio cable or one with a jack adapter will jab you in the stomach for headphone use. This moves the jacks to side USB ports so it’s out of the way.
Sound is clear, no skipping/stuttering and no distortion on higher volumes or lower/higher frequencies. Microphone signal is also strong and clear. Good gaming solution for headset users.

– Driver software includes extras for bass-boosting and other enhancements like an equalizer.
– Quality is good. Games such as Halo Reach sound as expected with this sound card. Overall Review: I purchased this product to replace the failing (popping) built-in audio on my MSI PRO B360M PRO-VD motherboard. My OS is fully updated Windows 10 Pro , and the Play 3 has worked well with it; I have no problems to report.

Overall Review: Bought this to serve as a workaround for the weird static noises my mic was picking up when plugged into the motherboard on my gaming PC. Haven’t had any static or other weird noises since I started using this, and the output quality has been nice too.

Pros: I was looking for a DAC for my Lenovo laptop that only decodes digital audio in 16 bit 32KHz. This decodes Digital Audio at 24 bit 96KHz. In high bit rate audio the difference in the sound can be noticed. The audio does not sound garbled like it does with the 16 bit audio that the laptop can produce. The audio sounds a lot crispr and fuller with cheap pair of speakers that I tested it with. Sounds great for a 3+3 watt speaker configuration power from a power bank. 24 bit audio is noticeable on anything. I would recommend this product. This is for 2 channel audio only. It is great for its intended purpose. If you have a old stereo and a laptop, buy this, or for a 2 or 2.1 set of PC speakers and you want to hear clear and rich audio, buy this product.
Just plug into the USB port and let Windows install it’s driver and it will work a few seconds later. Cons: Need to know your way through Audio settings to get that 96KHz 24 bit audio. Windows 10 is a bit complicated to find this and changes with every update. Watch tutorials on Youtube. Overall Review: Things you need to use this are:

Amplified Stereo portable speaker with Auxiliary cable to plug it into adapter, DAC
Available USB port on PC or laptop.
Any other Audio device that supports Analog Audio. DAC means Digital to Analog converter.in this case Sound Blaster Play 3 Sound Card USB dongle.
Supports a wide range of PCM audio formats, like all of them up 96KHz in 2 channel audio. Perfect for analog stereo receivers, PC speakers, or 2 channel amplifiers or Dolby Pro Logic devices. Made for music enthusiasts. PCM means Post Code Modulation.
Recommend setting to highest settings, and use a high quality set of PC speakers or Stereo amplifier with Left and Right stereo Speakers. Key word being Stereo. A lot of portable speakers are not stereo that are sold today. Make sure that they are stereo and not one channel before buying a analog portable speaker. It should have a left and a right audio channel to get the most out of it. A old boom box with a Auxiliary input is a good example of a stereo L+R speaker.
I’ve used Creative products for years, and this one is no different than the rest of them, very high quality.

Pros: -Shipped in one piece and on-time
-Makes my mic sound clearer/louder, which is what I was hoping it would do. Cons: -Had to download the control panel software from the website, which was not the one stated in the instructions. Plug-and-play would have been nice. Overall Review: Good little product worth the money!
