    Love the sound and feel of this keyboard even when high it sounds even better

    The COSTOM WK61 PRO (WOMIER) immediately catches the eye with its exquisite Black Kanagawa artwork and the dazzling illumination from its RGB backlit keys. Typing on this 60% keyboard is a dream, thanks to the fluid feel of the hot-swappable POM linear red switches that offer a delightful keystroke. Its thoughtful design includes durable pudding PBT keycaps that beautifully diffuse the light, creating a truly immersive experience. While its compact form factor is a space-saver, it sacrifices nothing in terms of build quality or typing satisfaction. This keyboard is a remarkable fusion of artistic expression and robust functionality, perfect for enthusiasts and casual users alike.

    * Likes:
    * Visually stunning artistic design.
    * Excellent typing feel from the linear red switches.
    * Durable PBT pudding keycaps.

    * Dislikes:
    * Smaller 60% size.
    * Wired-only connection. Also no via.
    * The strap wouldn’t stick and was pointless.

  3. Greg

    Full disclosure, I received this item as part of Amazon’s Vine Program in exchange for an honest review, good or bad. I really want to love this keyboard. When I took this out of the box, I was blown away by how well built it was…except for the Tab key that fell out and went under my bed. It was easy enough to snap back in, but quality control should have caught that.

    The keyboard itself is heavy and extremely feels well built- like a tank. All other keyboards I have seen creak and pop as if you twist them. This one is rock solid and feels more like the unibody of a MacBook Pro it is so well built and solid. This keyboard is also beautiful and looks like a work of art. The LED lighting effects are great but can be turned down or off if you are not into that.

    Unfortunately, there are a few details that keep this from replacing my current cheap piece of junk, but highly functional keyboard. This keyboard has all the function keys combined with the number keys. That might be OK when you are using PowerPoint or Excel, but not for a “gaming” keyboard. Gamers need to be able to hit the function keys fast, and their is a huge problem. The function key is on the right side of the keyboard. Depending on the game, most gamers do not take their hands of their mouse, and their left hand does not leave the left side of the keyboard. Now you are required to do both at the same time to hit a function key. Version two of this keyboard needs to have an additional row with the function keys on it and the function key for macros, lighting, sound, etc on the left hand side of the keyboard.

    The keyboard is also missing any sort of angle adjustment. It is slightly angled, but not adjustable at all for individual preferences.

    Finally, this keyboard plugs in with a USB-A port in the computer and has a USB-C port on the keyboard, which is fine. What it is missing is an additional USB-A port or two so you can plug your mouse in one and have a convenient place for thumb drives in the other. Hopefully version two will have that. I would be willing to pay a little extra for a deluxe model with that feature.

  4. Bob Dole

    I honestly wasn’t expecting much at this price point, but I was blown away. This little keyboard punches way above its weight. It works great right out of the box—just plug it in and go. The typing feel is smooth and satisfying, and the keys have a nice weight and texture to them. The PBT keycaps feel really solid, not the cheap, shiny kind you often get with budget boards.

    What really surprised me is that it’s fully hot-swappable. That feature alone usually puts a keyboard in a much higher price bracket, but here it is for thirty bucks—crazy. The RGB lighting is vibrant and looks even better through the pudding-style caps, and the anime theme adds a fun, unique touch without being over-the-top.

    The build quality is solid overall. Nothing feels flimsy or rattly, and the red switches are smooth and consistent with no scratchiness. I’ve used it for gaming and some light work, and it holds up great for both.

    If you’re looking for a budget-friendly mechanical keyboard that doesn’t cut corners, this is a no-brainer. Excellent value and genuinely fun to use.

  5. RapidTwitch

    Great keyboard! The wave design is on the back as well, which is really neat even if you can’t see it during use. The keys feel and sound great for the price point. I like the lighting and the fact that it’s wired instead of wireless means cut down on lag issues (even if wireless options can be nice). The case does not have flex even when I try to twist it, and is very solid.

  6. Z. Cherry

    Okay, this isn’t compatible with VIA and the proprietary software literally does nothing. It just shows a picture of the board’s layout and isn’t interactive.

    It had VIA in the name for the original listing, so thought it would be compatible, but it isnt. They’ve since updated to QMK, which isn’t user friendly unless you code. So anyone who got this before they updated the listing is going to be upset.

    The pros: looks good, hot swappable, portable, light, good rgb lights (though they have subpar diffusion), compatible with cherry style switches.

    Cons: not reprogramable with a UI… and the BIG issue is the arrow keys tied to a toggle only. You have to hold the function key for 3 seconds to turn on, but that is the only way, otherwise it sacrefices the IJKN cluster, making typing near impossible when it is on. So every time you need to arrow in any direction, its going to take 3 seconds to turn on, input what is needed and an additional 3 seconds to turn off. This makes this keyboard practically pointless for almost any regular use. Also, you can’t map page up, down, delete, etc. So you are missing a LOT of functionality with this keyboard.

    Would not recommend.
