Pros: not so much Cons: it has short wire ,don’t work at start,very flimsy built and make.will not work or if it did will fry your mother bord,try to contact the manufacture they want to charge my credit card first send me a new one and i have to pay for shipping back to them to get replacement

Pros: Nice long rail cables, very configurable, rear fan for tight server cases and racks Cons: Mounting screw holes did not align quite right, but I was able to make due. That could have been an error in the case as well, but no other problems Overall Review: I would recommend this to anyone building a server rack mounted unit due to the rear fan as most 2U cases do not have vent holes for the top or bottom mounted fan and very limited space for air flow around the power supply. I haven’t had any complaints yet.

Pros: This PSU is good and cheap compared to alternatives, works fine. Cons: Cables are long, if you are using this in a rackmount chassis go for a longer depth one. With a short depth AthenaPower chassis the cables were a hassle to fit. This solely depends on the chassis and accessories used.
