Pros: Premium card feel with all aluminum shroud and backplate.
Very big, and effective cooler.
RTX 5090 crushes anything and is obviously the fastest card on the market.
Shockingly quiet in “Quiet bios”
Low coil whine, have to put my ear up to my case to hear anything. Cons: Asus software to change RGB is horrible, and I tried to change the color then uninstall Armory Crate and my card reverted back to RGB rainbow 🙁 Overall Review: This card wasn’t my first choice, but I bought what I could at the time. Pleased with the premium feel to the card and the cooler is absolutely massive. Temperatures are good with performance BIOS, but I switched over to quiet bios. It’s absolutely shocking to me the card is drawing nearly 600 watts gaming and the temperatures are mid 70s on the core and low 80s on the memory while I am hardly aware the system is under that type of load. I’ve seen it boost out of the box to 2940 mHz running Time Spy benchmark. Well done overall, and I’m overall happy with the card. Coming from an EVGA RTX 3080 to this is a huge upgrade in performance AND noise.

Pros: The Astral 5090 is the only card currently that I’m aware of that gives you the peace of mind of being able to watch amps flowing into each of the 12V-2×6 wires via the GPU Tweak III software. While the initial melting scares after the 50 series launch do not appear to be wide spread – I love being able to toggle out of a game and quickly see exact amps per wire and feel reassured there are no imbalances. The card itself is also blazingly fast – ideal for playing games in 4K Ultra RT glory. Cons: It’s silly expensive. Overall Review: I feel like it’s the best of the best in power and power monitoring

Pros: – It’s a 5090
– The cooling setup seems pretty good, but I do consider the 4th fan to be a gimmick
– It runs my games mostly well
– The mini plastic GPU included is neat, but it’s missing the 4th fan
– Includes all ROPs Cons: – The particular GPU I received has some of the loudest coil whine I have ever heard. It was initially so loud that I thought the card might be defective. It has gotten slightly better, but I can still hear it through a closed computer case (Flux Pro) with headphones on during quiet moments in games. The computer is roughly 5′ feet from my chair. Power input is from a Seasonic Prime TX-1600W PSU on a dedicated isolated outlet.
– For the games I’ve tried it with, Monster Hunter titles, the performance jump wasn’t as significant as I’d like compared to my 3090Ti. I’m not one to enable DLSS or other features in my games. Overall Review: Would I recommend this card? If you have a 4090 or 3090Ti, honestly wait. Now that the excitement of owning “the latest and greatest shiny thing” has kind of worn off, I realize it’s not the ground shattering improvement I was looking for. Yes, it’s a powerful card but it’s just not worth the listing price.
Quite a bit of my negativity towards this card stems from that coil whine. If it can get any better maybe I’ll be more positive towards the card.
As it stands, I would not have bought this card if I had known about the coil whine issue. At this price point I expected much better.

Pros: The king of all GPUs, The king of coil whine, right next to the 5090 FE. Really great built, the heaviest GPU I have ever held. Temps are really good even pulling 600watts. Cons: Coil whine is there but hey, just get a head set and turn up your case fans right? It wont bother you and watch the FPS go through the roof with this beast of a GPU. Overall Review: Stop the cope of coil whine is fine and I am fine paying this much for a GPU to experience it and just go Gigabyte this round, where they are known for little to no coil whine, your welcome.

Pros: Powerful GPU Cons: Cost, Quality control Overall Review: Has a lot of power, but way overpriced. My chrome bezel around the 4th fan came scratched/scuffed and after waiting Im not sending it back. Mad at Asus about bad quality, especially paying so much. 😔

Pros: -performance is there where I need it
-visually appealing to look at
-RGB is not a eyesore Cons: Price is still high compared to other 5090s Overall Review: Recommend if money is no object.

Cons: – Pain in the *** to setup for virtualization. For anyone trying to make it work in KVM/Qemu and others… Disable resizable bar in the bios and make sure your drivers are up to date using open nvidia drivers for linux. No swears and hours back of your time, that’s my gift to you. Overall Review: Haven’t tested it in full load yet alongside my other GPUs. Will update review later.

Pros: Performance is unmatched, has an amazing minimalist look and never hits vram max at 1440p Cons: A very large GPU, make sure you have room in your case, takes a lot of power. Overall Review: Absolutely love it and Id purchase it 100x more if I could.
