Overall Review: great monitor, speakers are pretty good, looks very smooth and very easy to set up

Pros: The color balance is very good, the contrast is good, there is almost no backlight bleed because they are VA panels. Would recommend as a basic gaming monitor. No issues with high-refresh (they support up to 265Hz). Also, the OSD controls are very good, detailed, and easy to use. I’d recommend this monitor for basic gaming use or high-refresh applications.
Note that these monitors come with both HDMI and DisplayPort cables in the box! (although they are 6′ and might seem a little short depending on your desk setup)
The curve is quite mild and if it’s placed directly in front of you it might not even be noticable. Cons: HDR support works very well in Win11, however, there’s something very off about the implementation. The In-game experience is that HDR works great for very bright light sources vs normal illumination, but enabling HDR breaks something about the dark contrast levels – regardless of what options you choose the blacks are more “dark grey” and there is very bad contrast problems and color banding in dim areas (but not full black, that still looks good). This isn’t fixable by the OSD controls from what I could find. It’s a shame because HDR works very well except for the lack of dark greys (note that this isn’t a problem in SDR mode, the monitors have good contrast otherwise).
The other issue I ran into was FreeSync. The monitors are likely fine, but by GeForce 2800 Ti *refused* to properly support it. The problem presents as intermittent extremely low framerates and obvious flickering whether in game or just at the desktop.
I ended up needing to enable basic Vsync. I’ve used FreeSync before with NVidia cards with no problem (and this exact card) but this is the first monitor I’ve run into where the “FreeSync Premium” feature just doesn’t work with my video card.
Note that the bases are very sturdy but offer no height adjustment. Overall Review: Noting my finding above I’d absolutely recommend this monitor for AMD video card users or anyone that needs low-backlight high-refresh support at 1K.
