Pros: – Still powers off a standard 15 amp outlet
– Has 3 groups of switchable outlets
– has 1350 watts running power instead of the normal 900w you get with a 1500va
– has a port for an SNMP network management card Cons: – The setup interface for setting the date is terrible; you have to scroll though the dates individually instead of setting the month, day, year individually. I had to reset and reinstall the battery to change the install date.
– the Smartconnect ethernet port that comes on the unit is useless without a subscription.
– APC is going to subscription for everything, but i use NUT on a raspberry pi so it’s a moot point for me. Overall Review: – Even still, it seems to be a reliable UPS so far and it has plenty of runtime to allow my systems to shut down.
– Would definitely buy again.
