Pros: – Plenty of power to run six 1080p TVs
    – Drivers work well on Windows 7 for mirroring or extended display
    – Single-width card that supposedly uses only 75 watts
    – Quiet Cons: None Overall Review: Be sure to get AMD-certified active dongles: http://support.amd.com/us/eyefinity/Pages/eyefinity-dongles.aspx . Download the latest drivers from AMD. Finding the right one can be tricky; use Google search instead of AMD search.

  2. Sylwester C.

Pros: Low power (75W), standard PCI size, single slot, 6 monitors driven from a single card. Cons: Noise: consistent stable few kHz tone coming from the fan. It can be heard through a noise coming from two Dell’s Vostro desktops: 410 and 470 – in total 6 fans. Overall Review: The “profesional” designation is a bit misleading here. It should be “industrial” rather. The tone coming from the fan can be heard all the time in a quiet small office environment. However it should not cause any problems in a noisy airport, restaurant or conference room.

  3. WAYNE J.

Pros: Does what it claims to do. Was big improvement over the Matrox M9148 which was a 4 DP card that cost $400 in 2011. The Matrox was always the computer weak link even with the latest bios & drivers. Desktop graphics experience rating was 4.0 and with 4 2560×1600 monitors desktop performance was borderline. (Did better with 3, though)
The W600 jumped the experience rating to 7.1 for both desktop and gaming, driving the very same 4 Dell 30″ DP monitors PLUS I was able to add a 60″ whiteboard. The whiteboard had required its own computer, but now the W600 carries it as well, freeing up a pretty good computer for a nice upgrade for one of my users. This Matrox to W600 upgrade was a gamble, but I’m really happy with the result. I’ll reuse the Matrox in a 2-monitor desktop rig. Cons: The purchase choice I made was straight from AMD (thru Newegg.) The only thing in the box was the card and an extra mounting clip. I could NOT find W600 drivers on the AMD site. The drivers I DID download from AMD would not install. Finally found drivers for it at sapphirepgs.com and those installed perfectly. Had I known AMD would not supply drivers, I would have purchased the “Sapphire FirePro W600 Graphics Card” who DID supply drivers.
