Performance:
I upgraded from an RTX 2060 6GB to the RX 9060 XT 8Gb and after a week of using it, I can confidently say it was a solid decision. My FPS in most of the games I play jumped significantly, and everything runs smoother overall.
It’s also been great for my work , I do a mix of gaming and productivity tasks (some light editing, multitasking, …), and the RX 9060 XT handles it all without breaking a sweat. Temps are stable, noise levels are low, and I didn’t run into any issues with drivers so far.
For the price, I think it offers excellent value. Definitely recommended if you’re looking for a powerful GPU without spending a fortune. BTW, Also, some people complain that 8GB of VRAM is too little. I would suggest that if anyone needs more VRAM, you should consider buying the 12GB or 15GB versions. The RX 9060 XT offers multiple VRAM options 8GB is a good choice for those who don’t require much and is reasonably priced for basic tasks.

I was aiming for a 9060xt 16Gb but the stock is pretty limited for that model so i bought this one and did some test. (Ryzen 7 5700x3d + 9060xt 8Gb) upon testing certain games (at 1080p) this are the results i got:
The Finals: 170-200fps (native res, competitive sets)
CS2: 250-300fps (native res, competitive sets)Â
Rainbow Six X: 300fps (native res, competitive sets)
Days Gone: 200fps (native res, high graphics)Â
Horizon Zero Dawn Remastered: 150fps (FSR 3 Balanced, mixed graphics)Â
Need For Speed Heat (Modded with Unity): 90fps (Native res, high graphics)
Remeber all this was played at 1920×1080, this GPU offers a great performance/price ratio if your gaming at this resolutions, do i recommend? honestly… no, even if your used to play at 1080 some games wouldn’t let you play at high settings due to the vram bottleneck, also nowadays 1440p monitors are almost the same price as a 1080p monitor and looks sharper and better and this GPU is not going to let you play smoothly at such resolution. I would personally recommend saving 100 more bucks and get the 16Gb model, the graphic card is not bad but is not future proof.Â
Disclaimer: Competitive sets = a mix of graphic settings to have a visual or optimal graphic advantage in the game, also the fps may vary depending on you CPU in my case i have a x3d model which is intended for gaming but i also tested with my Ryzen 5 5600g and the overall performance decreased by a 30%, i’m going to refund the GPU.Â

This card is severely bottlenecked by it’s limited VRAM, and upon upgrading to it, I discovered one of my favorite games had a loss of around 20 fps. Under no circumstances should you entertain buying the 8 gigabyte variant
