Pros: Decent protection and small size. The OK indicator is obvious without being too bright. Physically solid, plugs in firmly. It’s unobtrusive enough that it will still be used by a friend who doesn’t know why he needs it for his new laptop. Cons: Priced higher than manufacturers ERP. Few photo’s. It is a little longer top to bottom (indicator on top) than it appears side to side in the photo. I wanted to tie-wrap it to the power brick’s plug, but couldn’t get a handle on it. Overall Review: I like it. Remember that it is not fail-safe; it simply stops protecting when the light goes out like nearly all cheaper surge protectors. It’s the best product and price for the purpose that I could find. Recommended.

Pros: This is still my go-to recommendation for a small, one plug, surge protector. It’s nice for a laptop or other small electronic appliance.
No surge related failures in any connected equipment indicates that they’re working.
Lifetime warranty with $5000 connected equipment insurance. Cons: This model was completely redesigned several years ago and no longer claims any RF noise attenuation. It’s also physically larger now and partly obstructs the other outlet on a normal duplex wall outlet.
It provides no cable, ethernet or DSL surge protection. Overall Review: Over the years I think I’ve purchased dozens of these. I push these on all my friends and family for their laptops, wireless printers, cordless phone base stations, and anywhere a “power strip” surge protector isn’t a good fit.
I wrote the first review five years ago. It’s a different design now and no longer shaped like a cube, but I still recommend it.

Pros: Simply device to protect wireless and wired devices connecting equipment to CNC machines.
Device required by our vendor Cons: The design does block the adjoining plug on a duplex electrical outlet . When the unit is plugged into the top or bottom it will block the other outlet.

Pros: It’s one of the few single-outlet surge suppressors from a reputable company with a good guarantee. Cons: It blocks the second wall outlet. Overall Review: Although the pictures show the second wall outlet is visible, this surge suppressor blocks it. More effort should have been put into making sure the second (lower) outlet remains usable. For this reason, the item was entirely useless to me. I’m very disappointed with the design.
