Great shoe and fit. Comfortable and works well with a lot of looks.

Fit is a little snug, not a ton of support/cushion. They do get on easily with a nice back tongue, and they do look sharp.

I have 2 pairs – 1 tan, the other black. First let me say they look good and I exclusively wear them to my office. They are very comfortable for situations where I’m up/down from my desk. The fabric laces are starting to pill, but not a big deal. I was at a work function recently, standing for 4 hours and they became very uncomfortable. I will not wear them again if I know I will be doing a lot of standing/walking. For the price, a decent shoe.

Update April 2025: the left shoe big toe area – I felt a thread caught in my toe. Taking off the shoe and feeling inside, it seems there’s a fabric mesh bonded to the inside of the faux leather…and seems my big toe wore a hole in the fabric and that’s how the threads caught my toe. Impossible to cut since it’s too tight and deep in the shoe to reach and maneuver scissors or a knife. Never had this happen before. And I’ve only worn them to my office 1-2x per week since buying…so light wear. Very disappointing, so I’ve dropped the rating to 3 stars.

good quality and easy to clean

After three weeks of starting to use this shoe (bought in November on Black Friday, started to use in April), it developed a large tear. And, overall, the quality of this shoe feels weak, like the fabric is going to separate from the sole in a matter of weeks.

I reached out to Steve Madden customer support, and they told me to contact the retailer instead of standing by their product and helping me correct this directly with them. What kind of brand does that? They have the opportunity to help me fix the issue directly, but instead, want me to go back to Amazon (where because it’s past the return window I don’t expect help.)

I’ve contacted other shoe brands where e.g. the toe developed a hole in my kid’s shoe after 6 months, and they helped me directly with a credit. But Steve Madden? No, you are on your own.

Never again, Steve Madden.

For it’s price it’s great. Doesn’t look bad, might want insoles but I barely do stuff anymore. It’s not bad overrall
