Pros: Fits nicely in rack, and tilts downward a little if you want it to. Works great for a standard sized 19″ Dell Monitor. Cons: Wish it came with cage nuts / screws, but I knew it didn’t…

Pros: Fits in exactly and precisely into the 19″ rack. Can screw in any monitor no just 19″. I tried a 21.5″ monitor too and it worked. Very easy installation on a rack. The best product ever. Love it. Cons: None

Pros: Easy assembly, depth automatically set correctly by face down assembly instructions. A 19″ Dell standard width monitor fit no problem. You could go larger if you want to avoid small gaps on the sides. Cons: The M4 screws weren’t long enough to reach the holes in the recesssed area Dell uses for the snap in stands but with 4 longer screws I was good to go.

Cutouts for power/hdmi Overall Review: Works great. Have no worries about it falling off rack. I had to drill a hole between two of the cutouts on back as it covered up the power port. See pic.
I understand they can’t accommodate every monitor out there, but would think with the thickness of steel they could allow more real estate on back for larger cutouts without sacrificing stability.
The included hardware was junk. Screws stripped while threading in. Ended up using the ones that came with rack.
