i am not actually reviewing the item BECAUSE I NEVER GOT IT!!!!! It was marked as delivered, wven though on the app it said required a signature. After opening the box and noticing box for the phone was damaged. I opened the box and all that was in it was the charging wire. So i went to chat and they apologized for what had happened. They told me I couls go to any Wal-Mart return. So the next day after i got off of work, i stopped at the Wal-Mart on Bethel Rd, Columbus Ohio. The person i spoke with said they could not do anything. i tried showing him the email that was sent to me but he would not even look at the email. He got very rude with me. I tried calling. The person i spoke to said i would be getting my phone on Friday March 7th by 8 pm. In another chat later in the day they said the same thing to me, that i would get it by 8 pm friday. Later on I called and they said the refund is going through. i would not be getting the phone i had ordered. that in ten days i would be getting a email. that i can take it any Wal-Mart and return the box and charging wire. i will say one thing when i get the refund for what i didnt get i wouldnt be trying to order a phone through Wal-Mart again. this whole thing has been such a headache.

Samsungs updates the galaxy S25 with more AI and GOOGLE Bixbie. I look forward to trying out Bixbie but with the high pricetag of the phone you’d thing they might include a plug. Package came with a C to C cord only. Easy to set up with Samsungs Smart Switch app and because I use Samsung tv and Samsung sound bars, the Smart home App controls them all. Easy transfer from tracfone service as well. just purchase a tracfone BYOP SIM card and put it in the new phone and activate on tracfone sight.

I did not receive the phone. I received an empty box. I hope that Walmart will investigate this and find out where and to whom this cellphone is registered, because it obviously was stolen. Again, I am suffering, because I feel like I will be thought of as a thief. Walmart and I have been conned. I do not blame Walmart, they refunded my money with no hassle.

This phone is a huge leap in technological advancements from my previous cellphone a galaxy s10 which were released in 2019. The 6 years of progress is extremely evident while I use this Galaxy s25 the animations are much smoother and the processing is much much faster.

It’s hard to judge the actual phone because the software sucks. The battery drains so fast, my headphones cut in and out when on bluetooth, the speakers are quiet. I only had my s24 Plus for a year and decided to trade it in because that phone was an actual nightmare. So I will say this one is better than the 24 but I’d rather just go back to my s21 honestly.
