* Windows, software doesn`t recognize, only as headset
* Have to enable onboard real audio for 3.5mm (mic, headset)
* Play with windows settings just to get sound, (enable, disable)
* Not to use with other software warning message (like only for gaming). Overall Review: One thing I can not tolerate is on board sound. Specially Real Audio. Companies made us turn to USB, and now we are going back to 3.5mm plug-in. This is no plug and play. As if I was back to windows 95 settings in windows 10. Bringing back memories. My other head set is breaking down (Cord, and volume dial making static noise when playing with volume). I thought this set was USB when not. (Didn`t read fully), only that they are a new product. You are given a card, and then you have to scratch to see your activation code. It is written to go to website to download. razer.com/7.1-surround-sound. You then see a download button that does nothing. Keep clicking Download and nothing. These are not worth the price if going back to 3.5mm and software, windows issues. I had to put these away, maybe someone will come along and buy it. Or give to my son if he wants. These work, but not getting the best out of it. The frustration is real.

Pros: Surround sound. 50mm drivers. Very comfortable, got these to replace the failing hyperx cloud. Cons: I just got them. The only complaint I can see is needing to use a code to enable the surround sound software. Not sure why but okay. It seems to have broken the last reviewer. lol Overall Review: Just get them and look out for the activation code in the box. 😀
