4 reviews for PNY Quadro P1000 VCQP1000-PB 4GB 128-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 Low Profile Graphics Card

  1. Cory W.

Pros: – Fast, and works with 3D software
    – Came with 4 mini Display Port cable adapters for the 4 mini DP ports it has.. and one DP cable nice touch
    – Easy install and setup
    – Have had it for a few weeks and no complaints. It drives up to 4 monitors, but I only have two at present (60Hz) Cons: – none so far

  2. Christopher S.

    Pros: – 4 mini-display ports
    – incredibly small size
    – extremely quiet, i hear no difference between this card and my previous silent (no fan) GPUs
    – plenty of memory (4GB) and graphics power (600+ CUDA)
    – price is very reasonable Cons: – at the price point, for about $100 more the P2000 might be a better option depending on your needs as it has 5GB of RAM and 1024 CUDA cores. Overall Review: My needs are relatively simple for what I do – stock trading (where i need 3 monitors), office applications, web design and browsing, some occasional video game use, intermediate video editing and graphic design, programming, and number crunching in excel. but i needed a very stable graphics card and driver to run mission critical apps, and this GPU is it!

Overall Review: Product and seller recommended

  4. Neil H.

Pros: Installed effortlessly and works perfectly.
    Essentially silent.
Reasonably priced for what it is. Cons: None. Overall Review: I’m not a gamer–I use my PC mainly for 2D AutoCad, LR, and PS. The Quadro P1000 is working perfectly for these purposes. It’s a fraction of the size and weight of the older dual-slot Radeon card it replaced, and, as mentioned above, it’s essentially silent. I’m enjoying having a PC that now seems tailored to my particular needs. I would definitely recommend this GPU to a friend whose needs were similar to mine. My transaction with Newegg was smooth and quick, too. I’m using this GPU with a 3.5 GHz Core i7 with 16 gb ram, and a 27″ Dell monitor, and I’m totally happy with it.
