Pros: A well designed graphics card for professional grade applications and graphical content creation with very high accuracy in rendering. Extremely high accuracy if you use the right driver. Please, make sure you get the right driver for your system BEFORE you use any applications. Nvidia has several tiers for things (Certified, Mainline, and Specialized) so get what the application vendor recommends ONLY. Cons: I acquired this card through another website, (sorry NewEgg!) but decided to review it anyway. Look, Quadro cards aren’t gaming cards on any level. These cards are for high accuracy in rendering from applications like Maya, Poser, AutoCAD, etc. where high precision is needed. You can use these for gaming, but be forewarned! Games will not run fast on a Quadro! They may actually render more accurately, but accuracy sacrifices speed. By fair comparison the 24GB Quadro M6000 is a GeForce GTX Titan X. If you want a gaming card, get a GeForce, but if you want a CAD and DCC behemoth workhorse, get a Quadro.

Pros: I bought this for my Dell Precision Workstation R5910 Rack mount. I’ve been maximizing the hardware via NewEgg as I couldn’t afford to do it through Dell. I made sure I got the alternate riser card in the rack mount so this card would fit. The PCI card holder wouldn’t latch onto the top of the video card because of a metal plate on top of the video card but the video card is snug and it will not move anywhere without. I was also able to connect the power cables that came with the rack mount to this video card after figuring out I could connect one 6 and a 2 together to form an 8 connector. Nothing special after that other than plugging in the card into its slot.
It seems to work great with Windows 10 Pro and all of the 3D applications I use (with the correct video driver). Super high accuracy and great speed. Cons: The stereo connector cable is too short. I ended up not connecting it but left it installed in my rack mount simply so that I wouldn’t loose it. It is a feature I don’t use anyway so not a big deal. Overall Review: It came in factory wrap plastic with all the cables advertised here. It was definitely worth the money and I recommend it to anyone who needs to do a ton of high end 3D modeling and quick rendering.
