Cons: Vendor created a shipping label for my item but 1 week later still hasn’t given the order to the carrier. Seems this could be because the seller is in an area effected by the coronavirus but you would think they’d communicate with you on your order… By creating a shipping label, we cant request a refund until the item actually arrives. Overall Review: Vendor created a shipping label and going on over a week now, hasnt shipped!

Overall Review: About 2.5 times faster than my RTX 4000 in my Benchmarking. Newegg delivered a new card in great shape. Shipping was a day late but no big deal.

Pros: Work it supposed to. Cons: Upon received this card. The box look really old, looks like it had been washed and dried. The original label was gone. There are two smaller same labels on the original labeling area. Seal was not broken, that’s easy to reapply with new one. Card was inside a anti-static bag with yellow anti-static label sealed. Card looks clean (fan and contacts), came with two Y-cables, one of it the wires were came off from the contact pin. And a DisplayPort to DVI adapter . No manual(s). Downloaded the data sheet from NVIDIA website. It stated that the package should included the followings: NVIDIA Quadro RTX 5000 (have), Quadro RTX Quick Start Guide (missing), 1 DisplayPort to DVI Adapter (have), 1 DisplayPort to HDMI Adapter (missing), 1 Auxiliary Power Cable (8-pin to dual 6-pin adapter) (have two[2], one broken).
Cannot use the supplied Y-cable (won’t power up) NVIDIA not recommend it anyway, need to use the 8 and 6 pin ATX directly from the power supply.
Did crash once while using Solidworks 2018 in a less than 50 parts assembly. It crashed so fast that Solidworks can’t even have enough time to generate a report. I have the same experience with the Quadro 4000 on a Dell T3500, I guess is a Solidwork’s bug.
Glad I did purchased extended warranty, maybe someday I need to use it. Overall Review: So far not impressed.
