Pros: Decent Price. Would have been perfect. Cons: They don’t really have it:

Pros: Good if you’re building a server for a client. Cons: This license is only valid if you sell the server and don’t use it yourself Overall Review: This license is an OEM license. The license on the package states that you may not use the server yourself, you must be selling the server to someone else. So if you’re an IT MSA company that builds servers for clients then this license is for you (Although you can get cheaper licenses through bulk if you’re an MSA).
If you’re building a server for yourself, this license is not valid and you are as good-as-pirating in Microsoft’s eyes so why waste the money?
