iStarUSA 4U industrial rackmount chassis D Storm D-400L-7. Combine with BPU or T Series enable hot-swappable JBOD and RAID configuration. It also supports up to seven full-length full-height add-on cards. Total capacity up to 3.5″ x12 or 2.5″ x36 HDD drives for high density data storage. Center hot-swappable 120mm fan provides excellent thermal cooling solution. Achieve ultimate uninterrupted operation with support of iStarUSA redundant power supply. D-400L-7 provides your server or cluster maximum flexibility and performance.

Pros: Plenty of room, almost everything inside can be removed via screws, it is of solid construction and quality parts! Cons: No real complaints about this case. Overall Review: I would recommend this to anyone looking for a solid 4U rack mount case that has plenty of options for “odd-ball” configurations…this case is a very good place to start.

Pros: Big, strong, well-built. Hot-plug fans. Cons: No USB 3.0 ports on front-panel. Hot plug fans are 3-pin (non-PWM).

Pros: -Case is strong
-Case has enough space, for example, the Noctua NH-D9L fits fine
-Front panel mounting system works well, I put in an Anker 2-Port USB 3.0 Hub in the 3.5 inch slot
-I can use a standard PC power supply
-I can move plenty of air though the case. The case always feels cool Cons: – I swapped out the fans for Noctua
– Case could use a refresh, like USB 3.0 on the front panel Overall Review: I would recommend this product to others and will be purchasing a second soon
