I am an Adjunct Instructor at a local college and use my laptop as a classroom display tool. By plugging an HDMI cable into my classroom projector and linking it to my laptop, it is easy for me to show power point presentations, images, text, and anything else I choose to share with my students to help them learn the material. Except this laptop has a dodgy HDMI port that only communicates intermittently or worse, not at all. I switched out HDMI cables three times (two of them being brand new and straight out of the package) but each time, the port would eventually fail to send a signal. Since the whole purpose for this laptop purchase was to help me in doing my job, I will be returning this model and buying something more reliable. It’s a shame. I owned the previous version of this laptop with no issues and thought the quality would be the same, if not improved, with the latest version. This is sadly not the case.

this is a very nice laptop. will make a lovely gift for a young person who is a wiz at computers . this has too many apps that i am not familiar with and I found it difficult to set up. need a nice desktop.

I was searching for a simple laptop for everyday use, and this was a perfect choice. Beautiful pink color, well made. It set up perfectly. The battery lasts long. Charges well. Works and runs fast. The keyboard and mouse work well. Does everything I need and want it to. Webcam is nice. Perfect laptop for everyday use. Great for the price.

Took me three weeks to get this computer because I kept having to reorder it. I finally went to the Wal-Mart store to pick it up because the driver’s couldn’t obtain the product due to no one being in the electronic department to assist.

As stated previously, the laptop was returned by someone and not cleared out or refurbished. It’s my fear that the same thing will happen to the next person and the appropriate steps will not be taken in order for them to sell a quality product.

Got this laptop for the price, not a very tech-y person, but I thought it’d be easier to do paperwork/applications/work related excel and emails from a laptop.
The only media app I’ve downloaded is Spotify, and I logged into a streaming app to have things to listen to while I work and read.
Audio isn’t that great, but headphones are a great alternative.
Very user friendly, if anything happened that was not covered by warranty, would buy again.

Easy setup. Speed is good on start up. i can be on the internet in about 10 seconds after start up. Good basic computer. I dont use it for games so its great for microsoft 365 so far.

It keeps going into recovery mode. I can’t get anything done. I have tried to restore it back to factory mode and it keeps failing to do it. I am only able to get the recovery screen. Anytime I click on something or try to open any app. I regret not getting the warranty. This sucks!! I guess this is what I get for ordering a refurbished laptop. Totally disappointed. I am on a fixed income so I got what I could afford. Urghhhh.

college requires higher ram and memory and processor but this one can handle it all as well. so go for this one rather than spending the extra 100-200 dollars just to get what the college wants you ti get.
