Pros: Device works great with my existing PSU and 8 pin power adapter. Fans are no louder than my outgoing and still-functional amazing GTX 1060 6GB (I still love you)
Driver support is of the quality we’ve come to expect from Nvidia. Which is to say, very good. The brightness/post processing profiles remained intact, a nice bonus. Cons: Two hiccups I experienced are:
– During initial bringup, Windows 11 lost its marbles and wouldn’t go to 1024×768 resolution. Geforce Experience gets upset about this and I couldn’t click “OK” button to install driver. Manual driver download solves this. I don’t give serious negative marks here, but this could have been better… especially since it’s literally called the “Geforce Experience”
– I didn’t anticipate no DVI cables, adapters, etc. You mean it’s not 2018 anymore? An extra $8 DP -> DVI adapter solved my issue. Not really a con. Just an FYI Overall Review: Obviously upgrading from a 1060 to a 5060 Ti means I am gonna have a very positive review. Highly recommended
Side note: shame on you Nvidia for selling 8gb versions of these.

Overall Review: Loving it finally upgraded from my GTX 1080. Went from 50 FPS native 2K and black ops 6 to 140+ Max settings.

Pros: It’s quite lightweight and the materials look high-quality.
From what I’ve tested, the power consumption is lower than with the 3060though I might need to test it more thoroughly.
VRAM was one of the reasons I bought it; I do rendering work and I can feel the difference while working.
I just made the switch and everything has been going very well. Cons: I had an issue with the driversmy screen went black and I had to use DDU again to reinstall them. I guess its more of a driver-related problem than an issue with the card itself. Hopefully things will improve over time. Overall Review: Would I recommend it? Yes. The build quality feels solid, the VRAM makes a difference for my workflow, and while I understand the situation with prices, if you need a card that performs well, is energy-efficient, and runs quietlythis model has been great so far.

Pros: GPU Size options from gigabyte continue to serve the sff community
Large fans with full pass through cooling on second fan
Small PCB makes ultra sff mod community sperg
16gb ddr7
Fits great in my 5L daily driver (skyreach 4 mini) Cons: Would have preferred better packaging, more padding to help prevent damage in transport Overall Review: Have to thank Gigabyte for offering smaller GPUs that actually are attractive to the sff community.
(The 4060 low profile card had me modding a sub 4L case for 6mo, was a blast)
No more than 2 slot width is a huge plus
The shorter the better for opening up case options
My pictured build:
12700k with metalfish z39 and noctua fan swap
Asrock z690m itx
32gb ddr4
HDPLEX 500w psu with stock wiring
Skyreach 4 mini case by NFC
Gigabyte 5060ti 16gb

Overall Review: Honestly I was a bit skeptical about the price, especially after upgrading from my AMD Radeon. It was smaller from my previous GPU but it packed a bigger punch! My games are looking a lot more crispier and moving a lot smoother! Would definitely recommend!

Pros: Good GPU (if it was within 15% of MSRP) Cons: Even though the GIGABYTE GAMING OC is one of the more premium 5060 Ti models, it was 100 USD above MSRP at 530 USD. At that point, there were diminishing returns in its cost to performance especially as the 4070 is available for about 500-500 USD and performs about anywhere from 5-15% better on mainstream benchmarks Overall Review: Diminishing returns at the price

Pros: -handles most games at highest graphics settings at 60fps 1920×1080 Cons: -Gets overlooked because of the 5060 8gb
-Can get bogged down by certain games Overall Review: I would definitely recommend this, especially if you want to manhandle most games at the settings I mentioned

Overall Review: I was nervous jumping from a 2070 to a 5060, but it was perfect. It was exactly the same size and shape, everything fit, and it’s SO much faster. Doubled the framerate in my games and generates AI images and video in far less than half the time due to the increase of VRAM and AI specific features of the 5000 series
