After receiving it I put the battery in and the red light would flash so I kept the battery in the charger just to see if the battery would charge and it did not. Sent it back replaced with another charger and it did the exact same thing the red light will flash like it has a issue and the battery would not charge ,I also put a different battery in thinking it might be a battery failure it did the same thing the red light would flash like it was picking up a failure .Garmin has got to revamp this charger before I purchase my 3rd charger. Defiantly a faulty product!

Plugged charger to outlet. Solid red light came on and flashing red light comes on. I have 2 different batteries that take a full charge when in my alpha 200 but takes no charge when batteries are inserted into this new charger. I have tried charging for 8hrs,24hrs,and for 36 hrs and batteries take no charge.
