Pros: Great access through removable/reversible front door and removable side access panels. Comes already assembled and is well built Cons: Does not come with enough captured nuts and bolts for all of the 6 slots in the rack Overall Review: This is a very well built unit that I’m very happy with. The only issue preventing me from giving it a 5 rating is that it didn’t come with enough captured rack nuts and matching bolts for all of the 6 slots. I will have to buy additional mounting hardware separately and likely pay shipping. Had I known that I would need more I could have bought them at the same time and likely avoided the additional shipping charge.

Pros: Bought this for my Home Network works great I have 2 Netgear 16 port switches and a patch panel inside with a linksys small business firewall all inside great product and quality built Cons: doesn’t come with all the screws if you want to fill it up but enough for me Overall Review: Highly recommend it for anybody needing it for home or business networking,

Pros: Easy install, fits almost all networking switches flawlessly. Easy access through the top, sides, back, front for any configuration you can possibly need. Great price. Cons: As the other reviewer said it could use more hardware.

Pros: Great design. I particularly like the break-away panels on the side for easy access to devices.
Removable panels for cords on both the top and bottom of the unit.
Easy to install instructions and comes with everything needed. Cons: The key and lock on the front door sometimes don’t work. Overall Review: My installation wouldn’t have been possible without these.
This was a wonderful buy. It really has cleaned up one of my network spaces.
Planning on buying a couple more.

Pros: Hands-down the most cost-effective wall cabinet out there. Installation can be done by anyone with a cordless drill, the posts are moveable, and all cage nuts/screws are included. Cons: The keys for these are universal… so if you’ve got the key for one, you have the key for them all. Overall Review: I saw a complaint about lacking the requisite depth for a 1U server. You will be very hard-pressed to find a wall cabinet that can accommodate a full depth ‘pizza box’ server.

Pros: Built like a tank
For the most part, it’s a well thought out design with some nice features like:
reversable orientation just by turn it upside down
well placed cutouts for cable pass through
nearly everything is user adjustable
integrated grounding Cons: After receiving the rack, I came to the conclusion that I would be better off not wall mounting this monster. I ordered Tripp-Lite’s caster kit that specifically mentions this rack model number. Two problematic issues – this rack has “sleeves” for the mounting bolts and the bolts leave about 1.5mm of exposed thread once fully inserted. This means another trip to the hardware store and more money on an already expensive endeavor. Secondly, two of the four mounting holes for each of the casters are tucked away behind rails and other pieces of the rack itself making it nearly impossible to properly mount the caster kit with fully disassembling the rack (probably more than Tripp-Lite would like you to).
Another issue is that the dimensions of this rack might lead you to believe that you can rack things depth of say 16″. In all practicality, you can’t. If you wan’t to rack a UPS, it’s going to be tight and you may find yourself shopping around for some right angle power cables. Overall Review: Some of Tripp-Lite’s 2U UPS fit nicely because they’re not too deep, but if you want to save 1U by getting a 1U UPS, check the dimensions first. Most of their 1U products are much deeper and are meant for server depth racks.
Why are even the most simple, no moving parts rack accessories from Tripp-Lite priced like concession stand food at the movies?

Overall Review: Installed 2 of these for 2 different cleanup needs for equipment. Solidly built and easy enough to install.

Pros: – Looks good (even if I’m the only one who looks at it as it’s in my basement).
– Can be locked for security.
– Side panels are removable when unlocked for easy access.
– Roomy enough in the back to access power plugs and the like. 6U height is enough for my household equipment (switch, security camera recorder and a battery backup).
– Somewhat pricey but worth it. Overall Review: Would recommend for either home or business that needs to host a minimum of network or server equipment.
