The consori pressure cooker has saved our family so much time in the kitchen. We are able to prepare a healthy home cooked meal in minutes after a long day at work. The Customer care is amazing with an after care service that friendly, supportive and really cares about their customers, thank you.

I’m impressed with my Cosori pressure/sear/slow cooker unit. So much more efficient than a slow cooker. No more having to sear meats in a separate pan to then transfer to slow cooker. This multifunction unit will now replace my slow cooker. Using the pressure cooker I made a beef stew and the meat was so very tender in 35 minutes compared to 7 hours in my old crock pot. I also had a minor problem with my first unit and Cosori customer service has been so very helpful and amazing!
I highly recommend this unit and Cosori products.

I’ve only had the COSORI Pressure Cooker 6 qt, 9-in-1 Instant Multi Kitchen Appliance for two days, and I can already tell you this: it completely blows the Instant Pot out of the water. I’m not exaggerating. I’ve used different multi-cookers in the past and always ended up just “okay” with them—until now. COSORI nailed it with this one, and I’m officially a brand loyalist. I already own a few of their other products, and with this pressure cooker, I’ve basically become a full-on COSORI fanboy.
Let’s start with the nonstick ceramic inner pot. This thing is next-level. Unlike other cookers I’ve used that claim to be “nonstick,” this one actually delivers. I made shredded chicken the first night, and absolutely nothing stuck to the bottom. Clean-up took less than a minute—no soaking, no scrubbing, just a quick wipe and rinse. That might not sound like a big deal to some people, but for me, it’s a game changer. I cook a lot, and I hate dealing with stuck-on food or flaking coatings. This ceramic pot is super smooth and easy to clean, and it feels way more durable than others I’ve owned.
The build quality is solid. It looks and feels premium. The controls are intuitive and responsive. The display is clear, and the button layout actually makes sense (you’d be surprised how many companies mess that up). Switching between modes is fast and smooth, and the preheat time is quicker than what I’m used to. Every function I’ve tried so far—pressure cook, sauté, slow cook, and rice—has worked flawlessly. I’ve gotten consistent, delicious results with minimal effort.
The sauté function deserves its own shoutout. A lot of these multi-cookers have underpowered sauté modes that feel like you’re trying to brown meat with a hair dryer. Not this one. It heats up quickly and actually gets hot enough to develop a nice sear, which is something I’ve struggled to get from other pressure cookers.
Another little thing I love: it’s quiet. It doesn’t hiss or make a bunch of unnecessary noise during the cooking process. When pressure is released, it’s controlled and not as violently loud as I’ve experienced with other models.
I also really appreciate that COSORI didn’t overcomplicate the design. It has 9 useful functions and doesn’t try to be something it’s not. There’s no gimmicky “yogurt” button or some obscure mode I’ll never use. Everything on here makes sense and has a purpose.
Honestly, I can’t think of a single negative thing to say about it. I know some people might be looking for a “but…” at this point, but there isn’t one. From unboxing to cooking to cleaning, this has been a perfect experience. I almost wish I had more complaints just to sound balanced, but nope—this thing is just that good.
Final Thoughts:
If you’re in the market for a pressure cooker, or even if you already own an Instant Pot or something similar, do yourself a favor and upgrade to the COSORI. The nonstick ceramic pot alone is worth it, but the performance and design push it into a league of its own. I never thought I’d get excited about a kitchen appliance, but here I am, writing a glowing review like it’s a new car or something.
This pressure cooker has officially earned a permanent spot on my kitchen counter. And now I’m eyeing even more COSORI products to add to my collection. Safe to say, I’m all in.
Rating: 5 out of 5. Would give 6 if I could.

Been using the Cosori pressure cooker for a bit now, and honestly — all good across the board. It’s one of those kitchen tools that quietly becomes a go-to without you realizing it.
What I liked:
Ease of Use: Super straightforward. The interface is clean, the presets make life easy, and even if you’re not a “manual reader,” you’ll figure it out in one go.
Speed + Consistency: Cuts down cooking time a lot. Whether I’m doing rice, stews, or something more experimental, it consistently nails the timing and texture. No more guesswork.
Build Quality: Feels solid. The lid locks firmly, seals well, and the stainless steel pot is easy to clean. Nothing flimsy here.
Safety Features: I was a little cautious at first (pressure cooking sounds intense), but it’s clear Cosori thought this through. Tons of built-in safety mechanisms that make the whole process feel safe and controlled.

I ABSOLUTELY love this!!!! Just yesterday I made some oxtail and oooooooh it was so delicious….meat falling off the bone. Even the bone was soft to chew (but I didn’t chew any lol). It’s easy to use. Definitely worth the money. The build is done so well. It’ll last me a long time. The capacity is big enough for a good size family meal. I got this for the pressure cooking function but it’s a plus for the other functions. Anybody can use this. I call this my kitchen toy.

Update 5/13/2025:
The support is worthy of 5-star rating along. “Read below on how it started”. Cosori support team has reach out and offered to replace the Cosori pressure cooker. I truly appreciate this level of support. Thank you Cosori support team for your commitment to helping your customers and to standby your product. I look forward to the replacement.
The Float valve tends to get stuck in the lid and prevent from popping up in pressure cooking mode. I email Cosori support and no resolution to the issue. As the pressure builds the float valve start to spray steam and water. I have to use a wooden skewer to move the float from its stuck position.
Instant pot is gonna have to be my option.
Update May 12, 2025: After numerous pressure cooking attempt, that float valve cover is getting caught up on the lid. Steam and piping hot water was spitting up from the float valve. We determined it was unsafe and had taken to the dump site. So, we are out of a pressure cooker was needed to help speed up cooking time.

I’m going to be honest and admit that I’ve always been afraid of pressure cookers! It didn’t ease my anxiety when I mentioned to my sister that I was going to buy one and she told me that she always uses a long cooking spoon to release the pressure while standing as far away as she can!!! Then she sent me a picture of a kitchen that was blown up because of a pressure cooker!!! Originally I picked out a few different ones to compare and read the reviews all of them. I decided on this one because of the pressure release location and that it had a ferment option. I’ve used it twice so far and it’s really easy to use and clean. I still can’t believe how fast it cooks a meal and the meat is extremely tender. I’m happy with my choice and look forward to using all the cooking options. I’m really happy with the safety features.
