Amazon Fire TV Stick 4K, Astral Purple Core Wireless Controller, and 1 Month Game Pass Ultimate Bundle

I got this on the last prime day deal earlier this year so since we’ve had it for like 3 months now I thought I’d share a somewhat comprehensive review. It’s very fun being able to stream Xbox games, and my wife and I enjoy it a lot but there are some things to be mindful of. For one if you want to Bluetooth headphones to the fire stick you’ll get massive input lag (how long it takes your button press to register on the game) because the controller is also connected the same way, what you’ll have to do is connect your headphones to your tv (if it’s possible). Secondly, the fire stick does really good streaming games like Forza and Assassin’s Creed, and shooters, but like I said my wife and I like to play so usually I’m playing after her, and after about 2 hours the stick is getting get hot and this is obviously going to happen with all of that processing that it’s required to do. You’ll start to experience streaming problems and input lag making you question your WiFi signal strength, what I did was have a small portable fan blowing straight on it and it remedied this problem. Thirdly, if at all possible, don’t use the HDMI dongle/extender that they have included in the box of the Fire Stick, plug it straight into the HDMI port because if you don’t you’ll experience input lag on most games.

For getting these 3 items its such a great value. I don’t really watch tv so I gave the fire stick to my brother as a gift and he loved it. As for the xbox controller I used it myself and I really like the color. It feels good in my hand and very responsive

This isn’t perfect but it’s awesome!! I can’t want to play xbox exclusives.
